Stephen joined IWP in January 2022 as legal counsel and group company secretary. As a corporate partner at national law firm Gateley Legal, Stephen advised IWP on the group’s acquisitions. As well as advising IWP, Stephen acted for a number of other businesses in the wealth management and financial services sector. Stephen’s experience includes acting for a wide range of public and private companies, private equity funds, management teams, banks and other funders.
