Job Title: Financial Advisor
Location: National
Description:
Our Financial Advisors are the primary point of contact between our regional businesses and their clients.   We are not, looking for a hotshot salesman but someone who puts the clients first always.

We are looking for an existing adviser with CF30 to take on some active clients and work closely with the other team members to win new clients.

The role offers the following:

  • Basic Salary of £35-50k (location dependent) for a Diploma qualified adviser and £50-75k (location dependent) for a Chartered adviser
  • Bonus award validation would be made up of any income received from new business, renewal and fees
  • Up to 30% of all income above the validation amount would go into a bonus pot and paid based on a combination of compliance led targets.

You will receive full admin and paraplanning support centrally from the regional team, and you don’t need to bring any clients with you, though if you do, they will be ring fenced for you. You must have a proven track record of success as a tied, restricted or independent financial adviser, and you will ideally have worked with introducers in the past, whether internal or external.

Required Technical Knowledge:

  • Required to hold QCF Level 4 qualification e.g. the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or at least be very close
  • Strong understanding of current FCA regulations

Job Title: Paraplanner
Location: National
Description:
IWP is always looking for paraplanners to support the growth of its regional companies. The environment is very fun and rewarding, where self-development is encouraged. The regional companies will positively support you with the taking of your exams and you will be working alongside some experienced individuals, who all like to share their knowledge.

Our continued growth means we are looking for experienced individuals to help deliver first class technical knowledge and high levels of service to their clients, whilst also providing constant support to our Advisers.

The role of the Paraplanner will be to support our Top Performing Advisers, carrying out full research and analysis on client’s life planning including cash flow modelling and producing detailed suitability reports.

The role will suit a highly competent diploma qualified Paraplanner, you will either be looking to continue your career as Technical Paraplanner or perhaps you would like to transition across to a Financial Adviser, the company can accommodate this.

The role offers the following:

  • Basic Salary of £35-50k (location dependent) for a qualified paraplanner.
  • Excellent benefits including company pension and flexible benefits
  • Ability to work from home or office

Required Technical Knowledge:

  • Diploma Level 4 or equivalent
  • Pension specific qualifications would be an advantage
  • Previous paraplanning experience within a wealth management or IFA environment is essential
  • Strong knowledge of pensions & investments
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work both quickly and accurately
